~ Seven Salon’s Code of Ethics ~
At Seven Salon our code of ethics is divided into three equal parts so we can encompass all aspects of our industry and art.
We try to live by these as we want to be above standard and assure our guests that they can trust, respect, and hold us and the salon in high regard.
For our Clients: We will be respectful, work in a timely manner, and always be honest. We will listen to our clients and have an open line of communication. We will continue to better ourselves with education that pertains to our field, be focused, and always give 110% – because that is what our guests deserve.
To our Profession: We will always give an honest and professional suggestion and educate our guests on the service(s) they are receiving and products we are using. We pride ourselves on giving each person a “signature” look that makes them an individual and sets them apart. We will be honest in what services we can or cannot perform and will refer you to another team member if so needed.
To Seven Salon: We will always adhere to our salon policy and our “Above Standard” attitude. We will always greet guests in a warm and friendly manner with a smile on our face. As individuals we will pride ourselves on working together as a team, keeping a positive attitude, and focusing on our individual “signatures”. We will never have a weak link otherwise we all are fragile. We will always act in a respectful manner while in the salon and take pride in a clean working environment.
